Best of Sarah Hall Photography 2011

As I eagerly await the birth of my second child (any day now!), I find myself reflecting back on the year 2011…what a great year it was! I want to thank all my clients for inviting me to photograph their special memories–I had a blast and consider 2011 to have been a wonderful success! In looking back I decided to choose a set of my personal favorites and you can enjoy them below, in no particular order. :)

Fall Family Fun {Rhinelander Family Portrait Session}

We were fortunate enough to hit a break in this persistent rainy weather recently allowing me the privilege of taking some photos of some good friends, not to mention a wonderful family. Fall colors are really beginning to show around the Northwoods and I had such a great time enjoying the autumn sunset with this fun bunch. :) Enjoy my favorites from our session below. :)

 

10 Months Old {Rhinelander Child Portrait Session}

Recently I had the pleasure of taking pictures of a very cute 10-month-old boy on a chilly fall morning at a beautiful Northwoods lake. A heavy mist shrouded the lake initially, which was very cool! While not walking yet, this little guy was a great sport and clearly was ready to start exploring! Below I posted a few of my favorite images from our session. Enjoy! :)

I noticed something special about this family as soon as I met them–their closeness, laughter, and desire to have fun! It was such a pleasure taking pictures at sunset for them and below I posted a few of my favorite images from our session. Enjoy! :)

Earlier this week I got to meet a really great couple and they are very excited to be expecting their first child in November! We had a fun portrait session in the evening and we were treated with an amazing sunset! Enjoy my favorites below. :)

After dark we headed home, and the sunset got evening more impressive — I had to pull over and take some pictures!!

2 Years Later… {Rhinelander Family Portrait Session}

2 years ago, I had the pleasure of photographing this family when their adorable little daughter was just turning 1. Fast forward to the present and this almost 3-year-old has become such a sweet young lady! We had a great time taking pictures at sunset and it was truly a special time. :) Below are a few of my favorite shots from our session.
